We have a very strict no third party software rule(s) and sometimes it gets player unexpectedly because I understand some servers turn a blind eye to minor auto clicking. The skilling store is full so the only option is remove an item from the skilling store, remove the box from vote shop & add to skilling shop. It cant co-exist in two different shops - so with that said, what item do we remove, and do we want it in skilling store or vote shop

What are Exclusive (Monthly) Mystery Boxes? These are boxes that we introduce once a month - and they are re-made & brand new for every month. No two months are the same. They are always fresh & new and come with brand new items only available that month. These boxes are only available in a limited quantity & are not available at all times. Below is the schedule at which day & times these boxes are made available: 1st of the Month at 11PM GMT/7PM EST 6th of the Month at 7PM EST - 7th of the Month 11PM GMT 13th of the Month at 7PM EST - 14th of the Month 11PM GMT 20th of the Month at 7PM EST - 21st of the Month at 11PM GMT (these are the same days & times for everyone, but depends on your time zone so I listed both above) At the days & time listed above these boxes are made available in our Store. They are only available in 150 quantity each week for a total of 600 a month. They cost 50EP and/or $5 per box. Once the 150 are sold for that week, they are no longer available for purchase until the next drop the following week. Once the Month passes, those boxes will not be available until the following year (but will have new items in them at that time). What makes them Exclusive? Every Month's box comes with brand new items. This can be anything. Cosmetics, Overrides - anything. The Exclusive items that come from these boxes are only available during that 1 month and are never available again. So they are usually very sought-after & valuable items that only become more valuable as time passes. On top of the rare Exclusive items - these boxes have better rates & better items than your typical Mystery Boxes. You'll get a bigger bang for you buck with these boxes plus the shot at very rare & exclusive items with limited-time availability! Be quick! These boxes typically sell out within minutes of them being made available!

Totally understand where you are coming from however the only reason I am against this is because I do not want customs to be a frequent item you see in-game. The goal of these are to be rare & exclusive items not frequently bought. I'm not interested in "increasing the sales" because I worry more about the game itself than a few extra dollars for Ely. So limiting them behind donation only is the best way I can limit the amount of customs that come into game. If we lift that restriction and accept scrolls, the player's who have large donor totals can simply buy & sell scrolls and can be cashed in for customs and the game end up looking like Dreamscape when a new player logs in & cause confusion. I want to stay as close as possible to keeping things realistic & keeping customs; very rare.

Yeah since the original release, all the way up too today 13 months later - these boxes have sold out incredibly quick -- usually within minutes (with the exception of 1 or 2 month's we borked the boxes LUL). This was accomplished with a lower player count than we hold today & without the Well. So consider more players, a place to utilize those extra drops for server-wide benefits - it works out really well altogether. But yeah I've already discussed tweaking these boxes in general and we already have the past two months. So going forward will be a continued refinement period & of course -- to bar any confusion, each month the exclusives are renewed. We will never re-use an exclusive that existed in a previous box. We have May coming up, our "most popular" box (still don't understand why) but May was fiery items. These will not be available in these boxes - it will be something new & that's how it'll move going forward. They will always remain new & fresh.

Yeah this was misinformed that was spreading from the two who no longer play However yeah we are attempting to refine these boxes with each month that passes. OT: As the player base grows the demand for these boxes grow. With the introduction of the Well of Goodwill we've seen an incredible balance made that keeps our economy flowing really smoothly amidst the donations. With this in mind - I would be open to do possibly 2 drops in a day to try to reach more of the players & their time zones however this would severely restrict the availability of this boxes in general so another idea is a bit of an increase in supply/quantity & then serve more time zones with 2 drops in a day on the designated "drop days" Good suggestion! Will be thinking on this
