It's a no from me, sorry. There are plenty other ways to give benefits to gamemodes. We could create exclusive custom gear for harder modes based on progression/milestones for example

Also, something I forgot to mention for the update thread, Vyrewatch, Grain and a couple other SMB items were given a 1m value so they can be alched/sold if you have an excess amount! Christmas Box items will be done for the next update, along with a revamp of Chaos Elemental.

Revs and PvP Armour: Revs are given drops reflective of their drops on OSRS - mostly alchables, this makes the armor rarer and introduces a new flow of GP Armor is changed to last 2 hours of use in combat, at which point it will degrade to DUST. Introduction of the 3 rev rares, craws bow, the mace thing and the staff. e BIS for wilderness content (bosses, revs, maybe slayer in the future?) also add the amulet. Introduction of wilderness emblems. PvP armor will be made a little bit rarer than currently but not too much. Wilderness emblems: These emblems will be traded to an NPC for some form of new currency, perhaps Blood Money. Blood money will be a currency used exclusively in the new Wilderness Rewards Shop. There will be an NPC deep in the rev caves at which you can sell your emblems for blood money. Emblems will be worth 1gp as such always risked if you're lucky enough to receive one. Wilderness Rewards Shop: This shop will have items related to PvP in it. Thinking of PvP armour + weapons, perhaps special weapons like claws/ags/korasi? Also whips and perhaps a money voucher that you can redeem for gp. Chaos Elemental: Drops reworked, pet made more common, given some kind of exclusive to hunt for What do you think? I hope you all had a great holiday season and an even better new year! With a New Year comes many things, mostly New Year's Resolutions. You may be wondering what ours are? To get Ely among the list of the top servers, of course! We are finally settling into the merger and have gotten ourselves situated. What better way to celebrate that than with an update, Ely fam?!!? Below you will find out all information regarding the Instance system in its first iteration as well as the new OSRS boss, CERBERUS! New BOSS INSTANCE system!! With this awesome new update, you will be able to create your very own boss room (for a fee, of course!). By interacting with this Clock outside of certain bosses, you will be able to create a private room limited to you only. All of the boss instances cost 5m to create unless you are an Ironman - Ironmen mode players will only have to pay 1m. The bosses that can currently be instanced are; all 4 Godwars Bosses, King Black Dragon, Graetoriax and Corporeal Beast!!! The instance for the new boss, Cerberus, will be free!! However, be careful, all items that are lost upon death in an instance will be lost FOREVER as instances are deleted when you leave or die!! New OSRS Boss - Cerberus! The first in line of many future additions to the server is the OSRS Boss Cerberus! We've done our best to replicate the exact boss fight from OSRS and think you will enjoy this challenging boss fight that will provide many awesome rewards. Please note that you can only kill the Cerberus while on a Hellhound or Cerberus task and it requires 95 Slayer to attack. The introduction of this boss brings 5 awesome new items into the game! Primordial, Eternal and Pegasian Boots as well as the Infernal Pickaxe and Hatchet! The Infernal Pickaxe and Hatchet will become the new best in slot Mining and Smithing items, outclassing Dragon and requiring 71 Mining to use. Also something players will want to hunt for is the Hellpuppy pet, shown below in a small GIF!!! IN OTHER NEWS: The Gnome Stronghold Slayer Cave has made its way to Ely! You'll now be able to access the cave behind home bank! Most of the issues with untradeable items and items turning into others when noted should be fixed. However, it would be really easy for us to miss a couple so if we have please post a Bug Report in the newly created Discord channel named bug-reports. Thanks! Graetoriax has been given a long overdue Pet! Get hunting Ely Fam, this little critter is cute as hell.

Eh this can go both ways, on RS3 it felt like I'd log in and do my dailies and not have any more time to actually play.. would need to make sure they're not time consuming but long enough to be worth the reward.

Increased drop rates in PvM - unless marginal, pretty broken.. Less Special Attack used per spec (outside of the wilderness) - could work if like 10% or something Increased amounts from Shooting Star/Evil Tree - really good idea Double Agility tickets - cool idea too Free Slayer Task skips - definite if a daily limit A unique, Legend-only armour set/weapon - also a really cool idea, no op stats or anything though just exclusiveness
