I don’t get how I break every game

Ingame Username: Dorieus Description of bug: Missing item Screenshots, if possible: Detailed Explaination: So I bought an abby vine whip from Kyle the other day, used it to kill some stuff and logged out with in my characters hand. I logged in 10mins ago and it's vanished, my character hasn't moved, my inventory is the same and nothing missing from bank. Double checked bank and tried to equip something else to try fix it but no luck, so it's literally just vanished into thin air.. Hope someone can help, thanks.
